Papa‘s Dumpling

"Went there with my partner a couple days ago and got two packs of the dumplings, unfortunately a couple burnt and Andy at the counter gave us some free ones to apologise. Absolutely awesome customer service and the dumplings themselves were great! Thank you again Andy for your great customer service."

"The dumpling itself tastes good and juicy. However, the wait time is too long. Also, in 9/10 time the dumplings I got are overcooked. I have to return it and exchange another one. It means I have to wait double time. The staffs need to improve the cooking skill. Otherwise the yummy dumpling will be ruined. In overall I may still go back but will open the box and have a look on the dumplings immediately before I left."

"Unacceptable, seriously waited 30 mins for a 8 pre made dumplings. All they had to do is pan fry to make them crispy, they don't have the correct equipment they legit only have 2 pans for frying so if there are anymore then 2 people ordering at once you will be waiting. Who ever owns this business needs to really think about how you can make the business more efficient, cause you are losing money. Especially when people today already walked away cause the wait was too long."

"Since they first opened until now, I have tried their dumplings more than three times. As an Asian, I can attest to the fact that this dumpling truly captures the flavour of my native country. As a brand-new dumpling shop, they did well, despite the fact that they still have room for improvement. In addition to the dumplings, the salad is also a good option and offers excellent value for the money because it is significantly less expensive than similar items at other stores and appears to be very fresh. PS: I think their logo is really cool & Strong recommend their pork and prawn dumpling they are my favorite！"

"Look, the dumplings are delicious, I'm not gonna lie... I'll keep going back just because they taste so good, but... The staff in the store were the most lifeless, lackluster individuals I've met in a while. Then after you order dumplings, you have to wait 20 minutes for them to be made fresh (which is why they taste so good) but by the time you get them all your friends/family will have finished their food. The main issue I have, however, is that they serve dumplings to you in a cardboard box with a piece of paper in the bottom of it. I ate my dumplings less than 2 minutes after I picked them up, but they were stuck together and the paper ripped up and I had to use my fingers to pick it all off the dumplings. They need friendlier staff, a warning regarding wait times, and better serving methods before they get the 4-5 stars the food deserves."
