"Never seen this level of customer service in my life.. Bought a bottle of ouzo from there that smelt mouldy. The man running the operation has told me that he agreed that it smelt mouldy and has to send it back to the manufacturer, and if they refund him he will reimburse me or replace the bottle. What I don't understand is if the manufacturer doesn't accept liability, the responsibility then will fall on me (the customer) even though he acknowledged the product was faulty. To be honest one star which is the minimum I could give is way too kind."
