"Everything ok until you need to exchange/refund something, my husband bought me a nike jumper for Valentine s day, which I wanted to exchange for something else as he didn’t find the right colour (pastel pink wasn’t available) So the day after I went with my gift receipt and found a nice set to exchange with, I had and outstanding balance of 30$ so I asked to refund that, I got told they couldn’t do it as they need the original receipt, I said ok, pls keep them on the side for me I will come back tomorrow. Today I go back with my original receipt and my husband’s card, which wasn’t specified from staff member yesterday, but I thought it’d been a good idea, and I ask to do the exchange, the items were put back on the floor and I had to pick them again myself, so then I go back to the counter and the girl tells me that the card is not matching with the one on the receipt, this is because my husband paid through the phone and of course I can’t come with his phone! Then I ask to see the manager, who makes me call my husband to get the numbers on the card through the apple wallet SERIOUSLY???? I work in retail and I never made someone feel so distressed as they did to me today. DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK!!!"
