"Such a horrible customer service Priceline is maintaining!!!Not only in Hurstville but I found it in Auburn Priceline as well!!! I believe they should train their employees to teach how to deal with customer. Once one of the lady from Hurstville station Priceline asking me if I have their loyalty cards and when I asked for a new one as I don’t have their loyalty , she just said next time we will give you the card. When I asked why not this time? She just behave like she didn’t hear anything! Such a lame behaviour! Even I found them aren’t good enough to talk with customers. One of the customer was asking something and she replied in a very rough way!!! If I was the person, I would definitely complain about that lady!!! Although Priceline has a good range of products, but their customer service is so awful I must say!"

"I went there last week to buy lipstick and the guy named raff is very helpful , even recommend few skincare products and suggested me on how to keep my skin hydrated. He is very accommodating and helpful he is personal taking care of me as customer. My skin improves a lot for the products that he recommends. Overall excellent service and happy to be back and hope to see him next time for more skin care suggestions."
"This Priceline is situated at Hurstville Station. Despite the low stock of products, it closes late which allows shoppers to get what they need after office hours. Some staff are nice and helpful. Hopefully, they can improve customer service and product availability."
