"DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!! My step daughter had her nails done here with a voucher. They took the voucher, stuffed up the colour and the shape of her nails. After the SNS was all done her nails looked worse than my arthritic greyhound's claws. I had to go down there to complain on her behalf. For the to remove them.They still refused to refund the money, meaning she has paid $60 for absolutely nothing! I will be making further complaints!!!"
"Worst place ever, my nails have already come off after a week, all uneven lengths. The lady who did my nails was super rough with the electric drill to the point my fingers were bleeding. Looks like a 3 year old did them. Regret not checking the reviews. Go here at your own risk!"
"First and last time customer poor and rushed service. My nails have uneven tips and they are all a different shape. Also they said cash only at end of service I explained I only had $40 cash and they quickly pulled out the tap and pay for the extra $10. Very unprofessional."
"My husband and I had a pedicure and manicure. I also had my eyebrows waxed. The shellac peeled off with hours on my toes and my clear nail polish did as well on my fingers. Nails were not filed properly, leaving sharp edges. Will never return. Staff were rude as well. Also rude to their younger staff members. Totally unprofessional, unhygienic and no attention to detail."
"I should of read the reviews. Terrible customer service and my shellac manicure was uneven filing and messy color. The owner refused to redo the following day after l explained the therapist used to much product. Paid $45"
