"Really disappointed - upon entering the store it felt like we were an inconvenience even though we were the only customers at the time. No greeting or small talk, just pick a colour and sit down. Very basic and minimal foot exfoliation. Clipped and pulled out side cuticles of big toes which was painful and I let her know that at the time. One big toe still swollen, painful and now infected. I wish I had read the other reviews before visiting"

"Wow, what an awful experience. Soaked feet for 10 seconds. Cut toe cuticles so short three bled then proceeded to put cuticle oil on over blood and put brush back in bottle. Now have nail infection . Also rude with no client interaction what so ever. If I could rate zero stars that’s what I would give. Appalling"

"First time I went here though it was a bit rushed..I was happy with the outcome of my pedicure but NOT this time. I asked to cut a bit shorter but now my nails look stubby and she filed them all uneven, when taking off the shellac from a previous time she just picked at it with a nail clipper so my nails were left rough and she barely buffed them. Don't know why she even bothered with the pumice stone it was like she was just ticking things off a list, looking at her phone any chance she got and very rough with my poor toes. The towel she was using to put my feet on was so dirty too l I'm stupid for letting that happen and for not complaining at the time and I'm stupid for not complaining when it was done. When I got home I realised it was even worse than I thought..the shellac looks like it's coming off already and she hasn't even painted the nails all over. I should have said something when there but didn't and debated whether to write a review but the amount of disappointment I feel when I look at my pedicure made me think I should. I hope they can read all the reviews and realise something needs to change because it really was awful all round. I won't be going to them again."

"My daughter came in Saturday and was charged $15 for her nails painted. It lasted 2 hours before coming off. She got them done a month ago at Chelsea nails for $10 and they lasted 3 weeks! She's only 5 and very upset."

"The worst nail shop I have ever been too, I asked for French tip SNS They said yes then proceeded to show me a clear nail saying this works better, appliedd a full nailcoverage not just a tip and applied polish then the glue started burning while my hands where under the lights when I told the girl she ignored me. A young girl entered the store while I was there and they where clearly speaking about her and laughing continually spoke in their own language not ever trying to speak to their costumers, they are one of the worst nail shops I have ever been too, I don’t think they should be open to the public they are rude and do not do their job properly and do not do what their customers want I will never go back to that shop again horrible place ! I have only given one start as I could not post without any they don’t deserve that single star"
