"Every time I have been to this salon I have been so impressed with the quality of the nails, they do it to perfection and have a great colour selection. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming."

"Not great. Been to Prime more than a handful of times due to last minute occasions and convenience, genuinely feel the quality and service has continuously declined. Told to come back after 10 minutes, so I did. Ended up waiting an additional 15 mins and when I got up to leave I was practically begged to stay which made me feel too guilty to say no front of staff and customers. Paid $60 for acrylics and SNS, no manicure. Absolutely not worth it. I’m happy to pay for skill, there was extreme lack of. Nails were a lot shortly than requested, edges were not straight, height of nails were completely off, and I left the salon with dried SNS on my skin. Didn’t say anything at the time as I wanted to get out as quickly as possible, plus the staff next to me where talking about an issue with a previous customer who was not happy with their work, so I felt too uncomfortable to approach the situation. Do not waste your money!"

"My first time to go to this new nail salon, located at the heart of Glen Shopping Centre. They told me they’re on special so they will only charge me $45. So i agreed. When paying, the lady said i have to pay $50. I argued. In the end, i paid $45. Other nail shop where i usually have my nails done only charge me $40. This Nail salon is new so i tried. Service is good, but won’t come back again."
