"I am the owner of apartment at Whitehorse Towers at 50 Whitehorse Rd Box Hill. For 18 months I had noise in my bedroom wall that keeps me awake all night. I had contacted builders Maxcon many many times in past but no one responds. My building manager told me contact again as new defect manager at Maxcon. I contact again and fix was done very very quick. Plumbers come and change pump as faulty. Wall patch up and paint like new. Very happy now"

"If you are looking for a place to rent, DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE!!! as I had the most horrible experience staying here. Here are the following factors listed out for your consideration: 1. Traffic is always horrendous especially during peak hours since it's so close to the shopping center and office buildings. 2. Only two lifts for 24 levels of residents with only one lift ever to be reliably working. Major delays for getting up and down the building occurs often and especially fun in an emergency situation. 3. You will find that the building management here don't know how to manage the building nor understand how to deal with complaints. 4. The wind noises from your apartment's door gap is probably the loudest and most annoying noise you will ever hear - and it is constant given how windy Melbourne is and how poor they have built this buidling. 5. Commercial restaurant downstairs means the smell of cooking will intrude into your apartment if you decide to open the windows. 6. Real estate agents are unprofessional, poor and cannot do inspections at the agreed time. The agreed time is only a reference and they'll actually do inspections at a time which suits them. 7. Neighbors who will leave shopping trolleys in the corridor since they are too lazy to push it back which causes blockage and a major fire hazard. 8. You will find an intercom system that will decide to work when it is in the mood, and always seems to not work when you need it to. 9. Constant train noises if your apartment happens to faces the train tracks. If the above factors do not concern you, by all means do rent here, it is absolutely lovely."
