"Literally every time I order something is missing, incorrect or just really tasteless. Virtually no dressing on my bowl- all dry rice and I ordered avocado- none to be found. 5 minuscule pieces of salmon. Absolute waste of money. Last 5 times I ordered extremely disappointed. Won’t be ordering again."

"Ordered a salmon OG & turned up with no salmon! The delivery guy dumped the bag on the door step so all the contents fell out of the bowls & into the delivery bag! Ring the number on receipt & guy answering says he no longer works there! Only option to remedy this is fill out a webform or go to the store. Are you kidding? What an expensive & poor customer experience… never wasting money on your business ever again! … As further followup on this fishbowl tells me to go back through Uber for refund, but ordering through this maps listing order button uses another service called Ritual & no where visible to request a refund. I don’t want to come back to your store for a free bowl either. If I could give zero stars I would!"

"I used to love the bowls but prices are going constantly up and the quality is going down. Always ordering the OG in large with salmon and a cabbage base - my last bowl hat almost no salmon, the bowl before had a mix of rice and cabbage (had this mistake already twice) and in general the bowls have less and less toppings…. Not going here anymore"

"I ordered a large spicy salmon bowl to takeaway today and I got a bowl topped with three small scrap pieces of salmon. I've had amazing experiences at World Square and I was excited about this branch but it was very disappointing. Unhappy staff as well."

"You can build your own poke bowl or go with some of the in house creations. The staff is really friendly and the service is extremely quick. Great location where you can eat there with some good vibes or take it to go and make your own vibes. You can get a regular or large size. The large is a good portion size."
