Marlin Seafood Warriewood - SNR Business (under new managment)

"Very unhappy with Marlin Seafood! I placed an order online but only received not even half the order. Called the store but no response so we called and got through to them via Centre Management. The lady admitted it was their fault but then said “when can you come and pick it up”. I explained to her it wasn’t our fault and we paid for the delivery so why do we have to pick it up. Her answer to that was “we only have two of us in the shop”. What she should have said was I’m very sorry for the mix up I will arrange your food to get delivered by another driver as we can’t leave the shop. Not even an apology for their error ….. not very good for a business under new management. It’s ok for me to be inconvenienced and out of pocket for their mistake but it’s the fact they have no remorse for their wrong doing! Three hours past and no delivery , no apology or even an offer to refund the money on the items not delivered. It’s a shame as the food is nice but their service is questionable at best. We won’t be back."

"Marlin seafood has not only filled the hunger in my belly, but also my craving for delicious seafood. The salad was fresh and the fish was cooked to perfection. The chips are also gluten free! I highly recommend here if you are craving a battered sav, some fresh grilled fish, or a crunchy garden salad or chippies. Do yourself a flavor and have a crack!"

"Had the pleasure of a rare taste nowadays @ a TakeAway Seafood shop. Baby Octopus Salad! A rare find for at TakeAway.. A good Octopus Salad has to be very fresh, done right on the grill and very fresh octopus, or it is all for the bin.. they nailed it! From what I have seen and tasted it is very fresh and the now 'normal' over- sweetness of food @ TakeAways is way less here. Also had the grilled Salmon&Salad nothing to complain there either! I am less than enthusiastic about frying anything that is soo fresh but ......forgot they also have a real old fashion custard rice pudding that does not have a tone of cinnamon sugar covering up the custard"

"Visited Warriewood Square this weekend and had lunch at the store, very friendly staff and a wide variety of items on the menu. Have never enjoyed eating seafood until I ate at Marlin, the chips were perfectly crisp and the fish cocktails had a nice crunch on the outside while being tender and juicy on the inside. Will definitely be back for more :)"
