"Ordered McDelivery at 1.30pm. Driver hadn't arrived at Restaurant by 2pm so rang St Ives to confirm if order was just sitting there. They stated it had been sitting there for 20mins and they would make a fresh order. When order arrived it was obvious that wasn't the case. Food was as cold as if I had put it in the fridge for 10mins. If you can't deliver food hot then I suggest you stop offering delivery"
"The Food is amazing and the soft serve is nice, great milkshakes and they make the food in under 5mins the place is full of costumers and there’s this noise that goes *beep beep* every 10seconds so Maccas pls fix that. Overall I give it 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"Im a delivery driver, I come here almost everyday. The service is absolutely terrible. On some days you'll have workers just walking around doing nothing to try and buy time, on others you'll have people training employees during PEAK HOUR on a Friday. The service is absolutely terrible, almost inline with KFC, for some reason the person at the front always likes to play around with restocking straws despite the fact that 15 different people are waiting for their order and the straws are not even close to empty. You're better off ordering on the app, saying you arrived and then going to woollies to do your weekly shopping, and even then by the time you come back, I doubt your food will be ready. Fix your store mcdonalds."
"Very compact McDonald's but convenient with dual entrie but no drive through. Gets busy and packed but there are plenty of room in the park across the road to enjoy your meal. Good standard of food."
