"DONT GO HERE!!! Going to cut my story short. I had black sns nails and wanted to go clear sns, she didn’t even remove majority of the black and you could see it on my nails while she’s putting clear on. The lady got angry with me because I didn’t like it and she said there’s nothing wrong with it!!! It was so uneven and bumpy and the colour with left over black..Then she said to me there’s other people waiting that have an appointment. She didn’t want to re do it. By the way I booked an appointment they told me to not be late so I arrived 10min early instead I waited 30min past my appoiment time..."
"I’ve been to this nail salon many times. But the last time I went I was so upset with the service that I refuse to go back. I went in with no appointment and I acknowledged that and asked them do you have time now, and if not it’s okay I’ll come back. They said yes they had time. Sat down waited for 20 minutes before being given nail polish selection. Dianne took off my nail polish while waiting for one of the other girls to finish and start on my nails. Took another 15 minutes of waiting until I politely asked Wendy what time she thinks I’ll be done as I was in a rush. She completely ignored me, didn’t even look at me and kept talking to her colleagues in Vietnamese. The client she was serving said hey that girl asked you something and she still ignored me. I decided to leave after that. Never going back."
