"It's an okay HJ's. The kid running the drive thru when I went was a bit abrupt and rushing and because of that missed half my order. It seemed to be something that the other staff were accustomed to as when I mentioned I was missing a part of the order, the girl sighed, smiled and apologised, then got the missing order for me at no extra charge. Food was as it always is at5 HJ's, warm and tasty."
"Picked up a pulled pork burger and small fries on Friday night after work. The burger was pathetic at $13.45, nothing like the glossy pic on the drive through menu. If there was 2 teaspoons of pulled pork it was a lot. Really just a meat patty, 2 buns and a smattering of pulled pork, if that is even what it was. Ripped off deluxe."
"The food is what one would expect. What does bug me is that when they are busy and sometimes not so busy, when you use the drive through, a majority of the time I am told to go to the waiting bay, even when it's full. The issue with this location is that the waiting bay is in a really bad spot. One car has no issues, two cars is pushing it but three cars is not possible so why do I get asked to block the driveway when the waiting bay is full when I can just wait at the window to get my order. Twice I have complained and the staff don't seem to care. It's almost like a directive to push people into the waiting bay if the order is not ready, which I get, but don't do this for every car when you're busy. I would rather wait a little longer than risk damaging my car because of the bad location of the waiting bay."
"Most times it all runs smoothly but a couple of times we’ve been given the order without our requests for no ketchup, no onions etc which means we then need to get out of the car, go into the restaurant and wait for the correct order and during this time the other orders are in the car going cold."
