"The best McDonald's in this area , I live closer to another maccas but would drive the extra ks to go cos I know they won't stuff my order up , efficient and freshness in your order"
"We had really bad experience. Chicken nuggets were icecold and when asked for new one, the lady named Pallavi was rude and literally counted the nuggets, we had to take the nuggets from our kids hand just to return back and then also she didn’t give us all new hot nuggets what we paid for. We had to ask for refund at the end looking at the service and her behaviour."
"I visited McDonald’s Edmondson Park today and I was very disappointed with the service. I ordered my food and paid but I had to wait more than 10 minutes to receive it. I could see my food sitting on the tray in front of me, but no one bothered to hand it to me. The employees were only focused on serving the drive-through customers and ignored me completely. No staff member asked me if I needed any assistance or apologized for the delay. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I expect better service from a well-known brand like McDonald’s. I will not be returning to this location and I will share my negative experience with others."
"I understand chicken and "cheese" is half a slice of cheese but i think the photo speaks for itself and the best part is the sauce but there is non and it's so dry"
"Super horrible. Wait for 15 mins for 6 nuggets meal when it was all ready. The staffs were all just chattering around not doing work. And they moved very slow. No one seems to know whats going on, and i can see food literally being thrown around. Manager was just there drinking his shakes. The restaurant was dirty with lettuce every in the kitchen, floor all sticky, and bins full. Unimpressed. The only saving grace was i got a new round of fries."
