"I booked the wrong dates and called in the morning to tell them and it was still a month and a bit away. She said she would refund me but then she decided that she would charge me $100 because I wouldn’t take the properties that she tried to help me with which were $1700 more than I paid for the other accomodation. I then asked ok can you cancel it now, so that I could book another place which I paid her $1300 for 3 nights through bookings.com. Bookings.com even offered her to waive any fees and help get someone else yo replace me or pay her the difference of it was going to be less and she took $100. Mind you I did have a nice conversation to make her understand that I needed the money to book a place for the day as somehow I booked the same date except one month ahead. I made the booking at 10.30pm and called her at 11.30am, well actually called her earlier but she wasn’t at the office and charged me $100 to press a button for bookings.com accepted that it was a genuine era nor any loss to her. All I say I understand why during a peak season she is the only one with properties remaining. I would be careful of your bond with these guys. I have never experienced a person talking money for no reason what so ever. Also be careful as she charges the full amount even if your booking is 60 days away. Not good"
