It is frustrating however when you say you can fit me in straight away however 15 minutes later still waiting. Being honest with your customers will bring repeated business- I walked into another shop who asked me to wait 5 minutes then did an incredible job."

"Having visited dozens or nail salons in Sydney, I can say with absolute confidence this is the best. I have never seen such a huge array of colours (particularly chromes) and designer options. It is very affordable due to the quality work. I am still playing contact sport actively with acrylic nails which last over 5 weeks- something that could have never happened at any of the previous salons I’ve visited. I recommend this salon to all family and friends and now have my mum and close friends who are regulars too. A massive shout out to Helen who goes above and beyond every time to ensure your nails are perfect!"

"The short version Absolutely stunning nails at a reasonable price with added friendly staff. The long version I have been a long term customer of venus nails and am well aware of what happened with the previous owners. I am glad they are under new management with the same wonderful nail techs, who are totally separate from the controversy that have unfortunately been dragged into it by association. The prices have come down, which is wonderful as the pervious owners would charge around $100 for infill, shellac and a very basic design. With the new owners I paid $60 for the exact same service, which is excellent. New massage chairs have been installed, as well as some other minor changes. An important note to some, the new owner is female and friendly. All in all, so glad to see the girls doing their stunning designs again without the worry of previous management, I would hate to see this business sink due to undoubtedly horrendous past mistakes (from the previous owners). As a customer, I understand how difficult it can be to regain the trust of business that has broken it but please, if you were here previously, I ask you to try again as so much has changed. I will be once again coming here frequently, as I hope you do too ❤️"
