Reviews
"Saw Mamma Mia... a lovely lively experience with SO MUCH talent from young people especially. The various characters were convincingly and often amusingly performed. The voices wonderful and very clear to hear every word. The dancers dazzled with amazing energy. The male dancers were sensational. The costumes took me back to my 1970s life! Now guess who enjoyed themselves the MOST.. the performers or the audience? If you missed it in Sydney go to Brisbane to savour this joyous event."
"A beautiful theater just steps from all that Barangaroo has to offer - restaurants, bars, public transport. Venture was easy to find, and easy to get to using the public transport ferry service, there is also a tram line nearby. Both 'tap to pay' either with a credit card or an Opal card. Theatre has multiple levels and beautiful lighting and decor. Access is good down ramped hallways and level flooring to the lower seating. The waiting area is a bit small for the number of people that can be accommodated inside the venue. Access from the street is by stairs although I assume there is also lift access on premises."
"Stalls seat had plenty of leg room for my six foot plus husband. Plenty of room pre show in the bar area outside the entry door"
"The Sydney Lyric Theatre is a very big modern theatre . We attended this theatre to watch Cinderella musical Australia. The staff were attentive and friendly, premises were tidy and clean. Excellent sound. We get to The Star by Light Rail, if you afraid hard to find parking use public transportation is a choice and so easy."
"We attended this theatre to watch Mary Poppins the musical. The staff were attentive and friendly, premises were tidy and clean. The sound was crisp and clear, complementing the triumphant theatrical experience well. My only issue was the leg space at row A was quite tight, felt like a low economic Tiger airways plane ride. Looking forward to revisiting shows in the near future"
