"staff are friendly enough but I was really disappointed with my experience here. A friend had highly recommended the salon after I had baby #3 and wanted to treat myself. I booked in for a cut and colour and told them I wanted a noticeable change but something that was easy to maintain. I naturally have dark, thick, straight hair so I even emailed and provided photos of my hair as well as styles I liked to also make sure I made the right booking. I had to ask the stylist 3 times to take more length off as my hair grows quite quick. He then offered to curl my hair which was great as I am not good at doing this myself. He was using the blow dryer to do it and half way through I could see it wasn't working so I told him not to worry about it but he reassured me that when he brushed through it the curls would sit nicely. Well he brushed it and my hair went straight. The colour is the most disappointing as it is really not noticeable. Unless I have my hair tied in a half up bun you can see streaks of highlights come through the middle layer otherwise my hair really looks no different to when I came in. Considering the hundreds of dollars I saved up to come here I really expected a better result"

"I was referred by a close friend, as a male with long hair and no haircuts for almost 2 years, it was imperative I find a good salon that made look sharp for my wedding day! I received a lovely haircut and style by Renee a couple of days before the special day, but on the day Maddy did my style. She nailed it! Not only nailed it that much, it stole the show!! People were praising it all day, my new wife to be was shocked at how good it came up. Maddy was so good to deal with, too all the anxiety from me in the morning of and it has been the best decision to date. Thanks to Renee for putting me with Maddy for the day. I could not have asked for more!! Cannot wait to be back and utilise other services in such a beautiful hair salon."

I was beyond happy with my haircut and style, she went above and beyond to do exactly what I had asked for! "I have been using the salon for many years. The new salon in Mentone is the most beautiful designed place. The drinks and snacks on the menu are delicious and I always feel so looked after.
