"Two days post service, I’m still really unhappy with my hair colour. During my consultation I explicitly stated my hair throws red, please be aware. I was assured the same colour would be applied as last time. (Different colourist again! Do they retain their staff?). As soon as I saw my washed hair in the mirror I was unhappy. My hair was copper. The lovely lady drying my hair also realised my hair wasn’t what it should be. She called the colourist over who agreed my hair colour wasn’t right. This is where my issue is. If I hadn’t of said anything, the colourist wouldn’t have stopped me from leaving with a clear sub-par colour. After a re-tone and dry off, the colourist repeatedly said “wow. That’s so much better”! Although it was better, my hair is still very brassy and my blonde highlights are not creamy at all. I am so disappointed with the level of service I received for the high $$ What I find frustrating is that I was asked to book my next appointment instead of an apology or perhaps to come back as my colour has clearly been butchered. I’m deeply unhappy with my hair, it was only attempted to be fixed because I said something & was acknowledged by another member of staff. I’m now going to try the competition across the road to address the poor workmanship. I’ll never let anyone from this salon touch my hair again."

"I had almost lost hope with this salon until last Saturday. I have never been treated so kindly as I was by the ladies that colour corrected and cut my hair from an unfortunate past experience. My hair looks lovely again and the service was second to none. Well done team, your kindness and service recovery is excellent. Thank you again. I will be back!"

"I love love love this hair salon! Rokk Ebony you are amazing, the team was so good, from the washing of my hair, hair massage, colouring, cutting and the final styling and the result is fantastic! I asked them to match my highlights and hairstyle to Jennifer Aniston, and they did! It is excellent long with long face framing ash blonde range of highlights!!! I also loved the conversation and the mocha coffee and tea and the chocolate chip cookies. I highly recommend this Rokk Ebony salon and shout out to Chiara as you are a master at colouring and cutting hair!!! I will definitely go back for more hair cuts with highlights!"
