"Go anywhere but here! Took our 2 daughters aged 2 and 4 to get their nails painted today. The ladies in the store could not have been more disinterested and rushed through it despite the fact the store was almost empty. Honestly could have let the girls paint each others nails and gotten a better result, will never be returning. Would give zero stars if I could"

"The Blue Lagoon Nail shop in Glenmore Park is terrible. The place is so dirty especially coz they used dirty towels and wash their dirty gloves in the same water that my feet was in. The reason I'm writing this review is because I GOT A INFECTION TWO DAYS AFTER I WENT TO THIS SALON. MY TOE IS SWOLLEN AND RED. There is literally pus coming out and it was the exact place where the nail tech was digging into with her tools and pulling some skin out. I had a feeling this might cause an infection when she started cleaning it with the dirty equipment. I do not recommend. The only good thing was the massage chair."
"Had my nails done here on Friday, got home and 3 broke that night (my real nails). Had them fixed on Saturday, a full new set of SNS because my real nails snapped! It’s now Monday and they have snapped again. I have had SNS for 6 months now and this has never happened before. When I went in on Saturday to have these fixed, 3 other women were having them fixed as well. I don’t like doing bad reviews but it’s upsetting when you pay money, have them fixed and they still break… I am new to the area and this is not a place I recommend…"
"Very terrible service and racist behaviour. The staff does it in a hurry no matter how free they are and don’t accept their mistakes. My nails come off in a week and I get mine done from the one near woolies it stays for the whole month. They mess up shapes and don’t accept when I tell them to fix. I left my 13 yr old sis there whilst I went to do groceries and the staff was being rude telling her they won’t fix the mistakes. NEVER RECOMMEND no matter how badly u need ur nails done. And surprisingly they are so polite to light skinned women. Wish some action could be taken"
