"I went to this salon for years and was a regular client. I left there 2 years ago. They cut my fingers once. I thought at the time that it was an accident and wanted to give them another go. On my last visit, they cut my finger again and instead of apologising, a couple of staff laughed and said..its ok. No it wasn't. I ended up with a nasty infection that took 3 weeks to go. I voted with my feet and never walked back in the salon again. I have been going to a lovely nail salon in Springwood and they are kind, clean and my nails don't get sore from having an infill anymore. Dont go to Cosmo nails at Emu Plains. Much nicer places you can go to who are more professional and clean."

"Attended to get some gender reveal nails done. They completed the nails and I was compl Satisfied but we’re good enough to get my by for the event. Two days later one nail completely fell off and the others had chipped the polish off. I went back in and they informed me it’s because of what I’ve done. I tried to get the same colour as last time (took a photo of my colours) and they told me I wasn’t aloud to get the same because I was working my nails had faded and gone all dull. Two days of wear? I’m currently on holidays aswell so not working. Once finally Completed I wasn’t satisfied and explained I’d like my nails fixed as there was still additional acrylic left balled under my nail. I also informed them the nail put on was way to big and was in fact on my skin on both sides. They proceeded to tell me “you have a big finger that’s why you need a big nail”. They then tried to charge me to get my nails repaired when indeed I wasn’t at fault and it was execution the first time. I’ve been getting my nails done by the same salons for awhile now and since on holidays in another state got them done for a special event. Can easily say I’m disappointed in the service and the attitude there. I don’t recommend unless you’d like to be ripped off, spoken about then charged when they stuff up."

"Do NOT go here. I brought my daughter here for her formal toenails and they look terrible!! We are really disappointed and quite angry. They are all very uneven in both length and shape and they have managed to cut her toe quite badly. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Disgusting job. *Edit* My daughter now has a bad infection in toe toes from them cutting her and needed an antibiotic this morning. I am now really quite angry. Clearly very poor hygiene &/or sterilization of their equipment. We also had to redo her nails our selves last night as the shellac was peeling off."

"I do not normally write reviews but I feel like I needed to inform this shop’s customers on the lack of hygiene I witnessed. I got a pedicure on Saturday and the lady sitting next to me had toe nail fungal infections her nails were black and the staff still used all there equipment on this lady. They used the same buffer and file on another client. They then painted her nails with the same nail polish brush they used to do the client with the fungal infection. I’m not sure what their guidelines are for this kind of situation. Surely they should have refused to do this clients nails."
