"We have used the Dundas Street Vet Clinic for the past few years, but my recent experience yesterday (and tonight) was outstanding. I booked a very last minute appointment for a second opinion, and was booked in with Emma who I hadn’t seen before. She was thorough, caring and explained in detail (with photographs) what would be required if we were to go ahead with the proposed surgery. I was quite distressed about the idea and she reassured me that this was the best option if required. She didn’t rush me out even though she had spent plenty of time with me - continuing to make sure she’d answered my questions and concerns. To add to this exceptional service, Emma called me at the end of her work day to check in with how Freddy was and if he had required the surgery. Again, she was kind and caring and I really appreciated the thoughtfulness she demonstrated for my fur baby."
