"Horrible experience I went for half head highlights. I showed a picture with beige honey highlights and instead I had extremely bleached almost white hair. I asked her ( I think her name is Olivia) and it got even worse. My hair looked yellow and really stripey at the sides and temple. I sent an email with the picture to show that the hair are yellow and nothing like the pictures but I have been told that there was any problem I had to go to another hairdresser called Radiance that did a very good job and fixed the problem. So I had to pay more money What a waste of time and money ! Also the products are not organic like someone else mentioned. The ends were left very dry like straw Avoid that place !!"

"One of the best experiences I had in a hair saloon, after going to the same one for 7 years. Bianca and her team are wonderful. She's very professional and knows what suits you best. She doesn't mind going an extra mile to make sure you are happy with the result and throughout the whole process. The salon is really nice and peaceful and they offer you some tea while you get your hair done. Plus, knowing all her products are chemicals free is reassuring. I even bought some gel off her shelves. I've got color and a haircut and I couldn't be happier with the result. Healthier products, great outcome and a pleasant experience for both me and my wallet!"
