"Jess and the team at Zoe Beauty Bar were so professional, lovely, and caring! The experience I had here was like no other. I’ve been getting my nails done consistently for years and have never left a store happy with the service or the outcome of my nails. I got my nails done at Zoe Beauty Bar for the first time on Thursday and I left not only satisfied, but so in love with my nails. Jess had the attention to detail and skill I have been searching high and low for! Not only is she extremely professional, she is lovely, and takes a lot of pride in her work. She actually made the effort to get to know me and continuously asked me if I was happy with the shape, nail, etc. After hearing I hadn’t eaten all day, she brought me some more chocolate and a bottle of water. The shop is clean, hygienic, and such a great environment to be in and they implement sanitary procedures before and after every client. I cannot wait to continue getting my nail services done here and I cannot recommend them enough! Although I booked extremely last minute, they still made the effort to try and fit me in and secured a spot for me at 7:50pm. Even though it was late and was close to their closing time, Jess did not rush the process and continued to take her time and maintain her attention to detail. Thank you so much to Jess and the team for making me feel so welcomed! I’ll definitely be a returning customer."
