"Been here twice, both times the hair washing experience was terrible as they pulled on my hair several times. When blow drying my hair they would burn my ear. I asked for a simple trim before my holiday and the hair dresser proceeded to give me a unnecessary layering cut ... thinning out my already thin hair making it impossible for me to do any hair styling. You would think that hairdressers would know better and would not to offer clients a hairstyle that doesnt suit them. She didnt really explain anything and just went on her own accord, i find it really unprofessional."
"My haircut was not even close to the pictures I showed them. Even though for the last step to set my hair, the staff couldn’t blow it proper dry. It was still wet! I back home and realised my hair at the back is looks so ridiculous. Comparing with the price and my experienced disappointment. I don’t recommend it."
