"Very small rooms, and no great views out windows. There is no parking at the hotel, so you will need to pay for parking at a nearby parking building 5 minutes walk away."
"Amazing friendly and helpful staff-always cheerful. Had good recommendations also. Location was super easy once you figure the free tram systems. Great room space and kitchen plus a balcony. Had pool, spa pool and gym too. Convenience and bottle store on the same block. Thank you Eden and staff-you're awesome."
"Overall great hotel! I was very surprised at how quiet the room was, especially being right in the CBD. The only downside was that when we checked out on Sunday morning there were about 10 other groups also checking out at the same time with only one person at reception. Other than that the staff and room were excellent. We would definitely stay again and recommend to any friends and family."
"Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Location is perfect, and the staff were lovely - they gave me some extra help when I needed it. Room was a little tight but not bad. The bed was comfortable, and there was a little area to prepare food, along with a small balcony. The one flaw was the bathroom: the glass on the shower was inadequate so water sprayed around the bathroom, and there was nowhere near enough light on the mirror to get a good shave (can't imagine dealing with makeup). Aside from that, everything was good."
