At Winston Apartments, we strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If your room is ready, we are more than happy to assist with early check-in. However, in the event that early check-in is not possible due to room availability, we offer a luggage storage service and will notify you as soon as your room is ready.
For your convenience, we also provide a complimentary luggage storage service after check-out, allowing you to make the most of your time in Melbourne before your flight or departure. Please note that a surcharge fee will apply for late check-out, depending on the time of checkout.
Parking spaces on-site are limited, so we recommend contacting us in advance to inquire about availability. The parking rate is $30 per night.
To ensure your comfort during your stay, we offer a housekeeping service every 2 nights. If you require additional towels, amenities, or other supplies, simply notify us during our working hours and we will promptly attend to your needs.
Our one and two bedroom apartments can accommodate up to two and four people respectively. We also offer infant beds and highchairs upon request, at a surcharge of $10 per night.
As a guest at Winston Apartments, you can enjoy our free internet access in all suites, as well as Foxtel TV services. Additionally, our Deluxe Suites are equipped with an Espresso Coffee machine, allowing you to savor a delicious cup of coffee at your convenience.
To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties and creating excessive noise in both the rooms and public areas of the building. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in public areas such as the lobby, corridor, pool, sauna, and gym. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in immediate eviction from the apartment without a refund.
Please remember that Winston Apartments is situated within a residential building, with many families and business people as residents. We kindly ask that you respect their right to quiet enjoyment during your stay.

"they have no care for your bond refund which is $500 and will only release it once you’ve taken the time to call and text several times. They also don’t notify about the bond charge until after you’ve booked, a few days before your check-in. Don’t waste your time and money. It is very unprofessional."
"I only stayed one night and I was upgraded to a one bedroom deluxe apartment, the reception hours are limited but the staff are so helpful and friendly and the location is so convenient when you arrive at Southern Cross station from the airport"
"Can’t even rate this place, firstly we checked in and was told there was a slurpee stain on the floor, entered the room, couch was stained, 2 bdrm apartment was so small we had 4 adults staying and couldn’t even fit luggage in the second bedroom, bathroom was tiny couldn’t put toilet back anywhere. Toilet leaked, was not clean, no face washer supplied. They took a $300 bond and took 4 weeks to return it. The car park was a nightmare, you had to enter via a lane way at the back then go through a lobby to a lift then from that lift into another lift, they charged $30 per night and the underground car park smelt like a tip, the stench was unbearable. To check out of the car park you had to call them and they came to get your keys. The location was ok, but any hotel in melbourne is a good location, do your self a favour and spend your money in a nicer hotel for the same amount of money they are charging. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to stay here and would never stay here again"

"Prices were decent. Location is great, came for AO, there's a tram station right outside that leads straight to Melbourne park that was free. Also nearby southern cross station so luggage wasn't an issue. Lots of food around here too. Checking in was a little confusing, no clear signs pointing to the lobby but a quick call will direct you to the correct place. Service by Zoey and her colleagues were good, always a phone call away when we had issues with anything. Apartment was simple and clean, gym had basic but decent equipment, pool and jacuzzi were great though the sauna was a little faulty. Would recommend for location and price."
