Robert was exceptional from the beginning, nearly a year ago when we decided on Cavallino, he was clear and upfront, provided experienced insights and ideas, and was incredibly hospitable to our requests. He and his team on the night ensured our guests were wined and dined, they were raving about the food days afterwards, especially the beef cheeks. The Cavallino team’s experience allowed us to relax on our night, as they co-ordinated with the other vendors alongside service, ensuring everything ran smoothly and indeed it did. "Tonight being a Sunday night I came for dinner with my family. Beautiful atmosphere and ambiance with clean and neat staff as well as surroundings. The lady who served us (should have gotten her name) was so polite, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, bubbly and attentive. As soon as she asked us if we’d like water it was on our table 2 mins later. She came over at the perfect time to take our order with a smile. We asked her a few questions about the wines and she answered confidently with no hesitation. I found that very impressive from such a young lady. If I could give her a star rating of 6 I would !!. (Appreciate if she got this message). Very rare that I see a waitress so young and professional. The food was phenomenal!! I got the risotto which was packed with flavour, textures and colour. 2 others ordered the beef cheeks which were literally falling apart with no resistance. The calzone was perfectly folded and presented on the board. And my brother got the spaghetti which he devoured which says something in itself!. This is by far the best Italian in the St Ives, Terry Hills area."

"We had a family celebration for my daughter's 16th birthday back in February and it was the perfect venue. As a group of 14, we had a set menu of shared antipasto (hot & cold), pizzas and pastas plus I added a couple of serves of ribs - we all left stuffed and with a few boxes of takeaway. The woodfire pizzas were particularly delicious. We were also able to bring our own cake for a cake fee of $2.50pp which they cut and served with ice cream for us. The staff were super friendly, helpful and efficient."
