"If you're looking for a quiet night's sleep this hotel isn't for you. The road noise from Epping Rd is immense, directly under the incoming flight path, thin walls with no noise reduction, mold / damp issues to top it all off. Suppose it's a decent cheap hotel for travellers, but if you're visiting Sydney for work I'd look elsewhere."
"I had an awful stay at the quest Macquarie park. I had inconsiderate neighbours who spent the night banging and yelling. Due to the noise level, I checked out at 12:25am. I have tried contacting quest but have not received a response to my complaint. No doubt I will get the generic copy and paste response here. Due to the terrible customer service of the apartments. I would not return simply for this reason."
"Booked a room here with a friend a few weeks ago. The place could be better but isn’t absolutely terrible. Signs from COVID-19 restrictions are still up (which includes their room service connected to Menulog that seems to not exist anymore). Bed was kinda uncomfortable to sleep on but for one night it was fine."
"Comfortable and clean. Double beds being 2 x singles was a little strange and internet was a little slow. But prices match expectations. Staff are awesome and I'd definitely stay again."
"Absolutely fantastic!! The room was very big & the full kitchen was so helpful & it was fantastic to have a balcony. The bed was big & very comfortable & having two air conditioners made the room so nice & warm."
