She works hard to enable you to share her vision of what you can achieve. Lisa is very knowledgeable about all aspects of health and fitness and works hard to educate the client to the highest possible degree. Workouts are always fresh and stimulating. You find yourself exceeding your own expectations because it makes such a difference when your trainer puts so much into it. But lisa put me at ease from that very first day... she has changed my way of thinking and training and has totally changed me!
