"Bad quality and rude customer service. I bought one of the Pretty Little Dress Company dresses in this shop. After 2 hours wearing the dress for the first time, the material was pulled and this continued in different places on the dress throughout the day. The dress is now un-wearable. The customer service was rude and dismissive. I would not recommend this shop or the pretty little dress company. Over priced and bad quality."
"I purchased a jacket in zulu in sligo. I asked to return jacket as it was too small. I wanted to change for something else. The shop assistant refused to exchange jacket and was not very accommodating. After I discussed the jacket was not suitable. She eventually changed it, having any number of jackets in stock. The jacket was not cheap. Be very careful when purchasing anything in this shop as they do not do returns on any sale items. Will not be shopping in this shop again. Not a nice experience."
