"Been going here for about 4 years now and only yesterday was I asked about loyalty card. I said to the BOY behind the counter that never been asked and his reply was a snotty well that's we do ask every time. He was more focused on chatting to the 4 or 5 people behind counter making jokes about customers. Disgusting behaviour and I recommend that they all go back to school. Won't b using anymore feels like a playschool with employees running around and screaming and generally doing nothing."
