First time they rang me to ask if I wanted something fitted free before they shipped the items (It was a cassette on a turbo trainer). Second time I emailed with a request and they rang me back and gave me a deal on what I was looking for. (Replacement gear paddle). Next day delivery on top of that. Very impressed. Keep up the good work. I'll be ordering from you again."
