"There is always only ever 1 till open. The self service is never working. Sometimes it's not well stocked. Has more expensive brands. Staff are quite young and dont seem that bothered. My son slipped twice outside it on the slop for trolleys last winter he could have been seriously injured. The excuse was when I said it in store was they had no salt....... what's stacked on the shelfs..... i told them to have signs out and maybe put Matt's down. Update on lost star. Had to go in there yesterday this shop is the worst run shop EVER some staff are very rude an older guy stacking shelves boxed my trolly in I said excuse me twice and was ignored, I couldn't get into the bread isle as one end was blocked with the stacking trolleys and the other end was blocked by staff talking? Theres only ever one till open and self service NEVER works......"
