"A regular yearly visitor to leitrim, we a party of 7 after a lovely cycle discovered this fab little pub tucked away along the canal trail. We were greeted by the lovely threasa who was manning the bar by herself, and was not fazed by us who where thirsty and hungry. She rustled us up food in a jiffy and made us feel so welcome. Very reasonably priced and scenery from the outside picnic tables was stunning. Threasa an absolute pleasure and only that we had to drop our bikes back we would have stayed longer. We will defiently be back ."

"Nice spot for a coffee after cycling the blueway from Leitrim village. Excellent home made scones served with butter, jam and cream. Toasted sandwiches were good too. Very friendly hostess too. Only reason for not giving the full give stars is that the coffee was a bit on the weak side. Still, I will definitely be back."

"Canal side pub that does a great pint. Clearly a very popular local, where everyone knows everyone. Good singalong on Friday. Doggie welcome in beer garden. (That's a pic of the lovely sky, not the telegraph pole)"

"Great little local bar with very tasty pizza. They have a small menu, pizza, toasties, soup etc. Mary and Tommy do a great job running the bar, food and side grocery shop. This bar is a must stop by boat, car or bicycle! I love my Guinness and this place has the nicest Guinness i have had in a long time."
