"Well I spent four days here with my son and I have to say I really enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and well kept. The restaurant was nicely decorated too. In the morning the breakfast was really good and the girl serving us was amazing. I ate here two nights on our stay and the food was really good. A very relaxed place to stay I will be back"

"Perfect Achill Island base for our family holiday. We loved being able to put our kid to bed and then go and hang out in the bar. Restaurant is really good quality, loved the prawn tacos and pizzas. Breakfast starts at 8.30am - I totally get why, but it is a little bit late for small kids."

"We are here three times during our week on Achill. Food and service was amazing all three times. Really lovely atmosphere . Good mix of locals and tourists , families , couples and groups. Great value for money and great setting. Good range of seating areas. Pool table. Outdoor terraces and cosy sofas so any time of year a great place to spend the evening. Didn’t stay but if restaurant/bar anything to go by would be great place to chill. Highly recommend and look forward to returning."

"This was recommended to us by several people so we booked a table for early evening and lucky we did because although this is a bit off the beaten track, it was full. Residents ate outside. They do a great pizza and excellent batter on very fresh fish. My husband had a smoked salmon salad which was pricey for the amount of leaves and preparation involved. Tasty but not memorable. Wine was also on the more expensive side. Staff worked hard as it was very busy and they do takeout as well so they did really well to keep us all happy. Lovely place and we would definitely go there again but the bill did add up to more than we thought it should have compared to other places nearby."
