"The most awful experience. We brought 12 week old cockapoo pup two days ago for grooming, and she shaved our pup from top to bottom with no hair left. Who does that to a puppy , especially coming into winter?? We love our wee pup but he doesn’t even look like a pup anymore, and in the middle of the session we got random messages from the groomers phone , probably one of her kids texted ? It is unprofessional and unacceptable, I cannot believe how bad this service was and I highly suggest not to go to this groomer , it will break your heart looming at you dog after."
