"Absolutely fantastic hospitality from the second we arrived. We went to Belmullet to take advantage of the world class surf/windsurf conditions on offer. Mairin and Gerry were very helpful in giving us guidance on local beaches, this coupled with the best breakfast in Ireland made for an unforgettable stay. We will definitely be returning!"
"My wife Cristina and I stayed with Gerry and Mairin early this year, during the days of the Brindled Cow. Our stay at Drom Caoin was the best in all of Ireland. Gerry was very pleasant and easy going and always ready to laugh. Mairin help us with achieving our goals with our visit long before we arrived in Ireland. I am in the midst of writing a book. Mairin was so helpful with putting us in contact with the right people to help out. Her knowledge of the geography, history and culture of Ireland and particularly of the Mullet was invaluable. The home that Gerry and Mairin have built was very comfortable and had everything that we needed for our stay. I am very impressed with Mairin's hospitality and her openness in sharing her wisdom and knowledge. The breakfasts are generous in size and truly my favorite in all of Ireland. Bellmulet is a thriving but smaller town compared to Galway or Dublin, beautiful and full of absolutely the friendliest people. Great seafood and a couple of fantastic bakery's/deli's to load up for all the glorious hiking in the area. If you don't know where to go, just ask Mairin. She knows exactly what you want. I will stay no other place while in Belmullet."
