"Brought my dog to Kelly’s for a second opinion after being advised he may need surgery, couldn’t be happier with the service from reception staff to vets and nurses, completely holistic approach, dog is now on a diet, medication and exercise regime rather than surgery with a long recovery that an old dog may not have been able for, thanks so much to Sarah Jane, Shannon and all the team, Lenny is like a new pup, ye are providing a great service in very trying times, will be recommending ye to anyone looking for a good and honest veterinary service!!"

"I went in yesterday to bring in my poorly dog for a checkup. I was informed that I sadly had to put her to sleep as she was too old and unwell which broke my heart. I was told be a staff member that they would wrap her up and put her in a box to bring home and bury. After she took her away and put her to sleep she had come back out with a cardboard postage box that had still got the veterinary address on the top and my dog inside. I was horrified but too unset at the time to say anything. I looked in the box and she was not wrapped up nicely like I was informed she would be. Thankfully I had a nice wooden box at home to put her in and some cloth to wrap her in. I was appalled that at such a tough time and especially with what's happening in the world my dog would be put into a cardboard box. Considering it was my first pet I had to put to sleep it was horrible and would not recommend this for anyone."

"The vet was excellent, she gave my dog a thorough look over. He has arthritis, so there's not a lot of options for him, but the vet seemed to care about his health and only wants to make him comfortable. She gave me ten days worth of pain killers for my dog and told me to keep her up to date on his comfort levels. The vet was so nice. My dog is afraid of the vets, when he goes he gets nervous and starts to shed dramatically and tries to get away from the vet, but she doesn't lose her patience with him and talks to him calmly. The staff really care, and I feel they don't charge too much. I would recommend!"

"The care and attention given to our dog was fantastic. She was looked after immediately and referred on saving her life. I couldn't recommend them enough. In particular Zara Grainne and Emer thank you all."
