"Extremely professional friendly and accommodating. I needed one of my cats examined who developed an severe eye infection. I emailed at 945pm and got a response within minutes from vet James Clerkin who gave me an appointment for the next day to got Chips poor little eye sorted. I also got all seven of my cats registered as new patients by the very helpful and friendly receptionist (apologies for not getting her name) while I was in consultation with the vet."
"Want to say we are so grateful and a massive thanks to Dr James and Dr Lydia for taking care of our baby. We were so worried about Wilson, but we never lose hope, we prayed to have the best Dr for our little boy. We were told from previous vets, that his case was not an emergency, only to find out it was very serious. Both Doctors , are amazing, they are so profession, highly trained, confidence and have a great positive mental attitudes and those are the qualities we were looking for , to hand over our little baby, he was in good hand , even his case was very serious , we didn’t worry, we knew from the first day, we can rely and trust those doctors. Also want to say a big thanks to the nurses who assisted with our boy. They are very friendly and kind. We would highly recommend this place and thank you again from the bottom of our heart for giving Wilson, a new life and now he is a happy boy."
