"I applied for this student accommodation for the academic year 2020/21. I was very disappointed by the responses, or should I say lack of. Very unprofessional management. Following multiple emails and phone calls, I still received no response whatsoever to this day. I was left with no accommodation, but luckily managed to find something last minute. If you're searching for student accommodation, don't bother applying or contacting. Would not recommend. You'd have a better chance winning the lotto than getting a reply from the management."
"I stayed here for 8 months as a student. The staff was rude and didn't care about problems with heating or Internet. The washing machines were so bad, constantly malfunctioned. The wifi was also very bad, hard to connect and low speed. The apartments had disgusting carpet on the rooms. When I left, even after I cleaned everything very well, they still charged me 300 euro from the cleaning deposit."
