"Dangerous place to shop. Be prepared for hearts to be broken. Pockets and bank accounts to be emptied. You'll just want to buy everything out of that shop. Oh boy don't even go near the furniture section that's even more depressing. The display of sofas are to die for. The staff are so friendly and chatty so much so that you'd sign up for a suite of furniture. But my pockets deceived me heart broken. I only went in to get a part for my laptop. Yup a whole €20. I have to say they do have a wide variety of furniture, household appliances, camera, drones, laptops, tablets and more. Prices are reasonable. I found this store more approachable than other HN Stores."
"It was one of the worst customer experience in my life. I decided to buy all my furniture at this shop in Galway, and it was a disaster! Some of the items that I had bought were not properly assembled, and they lost my bed in the system! I had to keep calling and sending many emails to the shop for more than one month and a half! And I had to go to another shop in Galway to buy my bed. I had faced only stress and additional costs with Harvey Norman. DO AVOID THIS SHOP! You better buy your furniture and appliances in a long established family business in Galway. You will spend a little bit more, but you will have no issues and stress, because they care about customers! AVOID BIG COMPANIES!"
