"I was very disappointed in the way I was treated today & made feel that I was lying. I purchased a mirrow on Sat. 18th which was marked with red label as being reduced from e30.00 to e15.00. My total spend as approx e91.00 & I only noticed later that I had been charged e30.00 for the mirrow. After internal phone discussions, I did not seem to be believed about the price reduction & only solution would be to refund the e30.00 & the mirrow to be retained by them. I am not short of money & am a honest person but it is the principal that the customer is right. I felt embarrased by the way I was treated today"
