"Staff was nice on the phone, roses were put aside to be picked up my family member and was for a funeral. These roses weren't fresh, they were weithered and ragged..very disappointing. The family member that collected them for us could have selected the flowers themselves but they didn't know that at the time..so it was a disappointment that we werent given a fresh bunch instead of getting rid of older flowers...as they were for something so important to us. I only leave this review so ye can improve your service."
"Want to share a terribly bad experience that we had from the manager of the shop. Last week my friends and I visited this shop along with a child to purchase some flowers for our cultural program. When we were inside the store room for selecting the flowers a man all of a sudden came in and shouted at as in a very rude way without considering the child and ask us to leave this place as we made some mess but he never explained what we did wrong at his place. As his sound was louder the child started to cry and we just take him outside to give some psychological support he still afraid of going outside. We made a purchase of nearly €80 on the same day. Later we had a talk with other staff who were in the billing counter to know who is he and what right he has to be rude to us(customers ) unfortunately the talk last nearly 20 min and they refused to share his name but during the talk she told he is the manager of the shop unknowingly. Still i am wondering why he did this to us if there is any staff who has a kind heart towards their customers please let me know his name and reason why he behaved so rude to us. I personally suggest everyone if there is any possibility please avoid purchasing from this shop. Thank you."
