"Hello, the other day I ordered BOUQUET with 3 roses and I asked to add some extra decorations as it was important occasion and I want it to be special. I repeat: I ordered BOUQUET. The next day I collected it: 3 roses wrapped in paper!!! Which it was not a bouquet at all. I asked “florist” to add something cause this wasn’t good enough. 3 pieces of green was attached!!! In my opinion- it’s not a bouquet at all! I was very upset and disappointed so I went to the other florist- which I can truly recommend- right away they understood what I meant and they created very beautiful composition. Please compare the photos of 3 roses from The Best of Buds and the real bouquet from Cork Flower Studio! The Best of Buds: 0 stars for service, 1 star for roses. Regards"
"When I think of why it's sometimes better to not do all your shopping online, I immediately think of shops like Best of Buds. This shop houses a cornucopia of "interesting" and wonderful items. It also specialises in flower displays and bouquets. The staff are pleasant and always helpful. It's important to keep the city centre alive with unique and family-run shops such as best of buds.
