I have very painful dry sockets after getting my wisdom teeth out and Dr. Halley and the lovely nurse were so kind and reassuring to me today. They made me feel like they really wanted to help me. The ladies at reception are also very pleasant and helpful, both in person and over phone and email. This practise will never make you feel ashamed over your oral problems, which can’t be said about many places. I also really appreciate the email facility as I struggle with phone calls, so this was a green flag in my book. Highly highly recommend, I’m glad I was referred here."

"Hi All Sorry for late post however unfortunately I had covid for few wks. Anyway I was down to get 5 extractions in CUH under a General Anesthetic on 2nd September 2022, which is still going ahead, however one of the teeth was given me a lot of hassle, it was broken to gum and had a draining abscess. I knew I had to get it out and I have a major fear of dentist. I was referred to Southeast dental and had an appointment with Dauphine Halley a professional oral surgeon. I was terrified going into dentist in July cause I knew it would not be a straight forward procedure, however when I went into Daphine Halley I was immediately put at ease. Everything was explained to me she listened to my fears and addressed them in a professional way. I didn't even feel the gum been deaden she gave me plenty of sedation kept reassuring me made sure I was well and truly comfortable and sedated. Within 15mins the surgery was done. She told me it was very badly decayed and it came out in 3 parts, they had to slit the gum to get it out and I didn't feel anything. I was put in a recovery room until I was OK to leave. Daphine put dissolving stitches in gum, however after a wk they were annoying me and I rang Southeast dental, they saw me nxt day and Daphine removed the stitches and gum healed within a wk. Southeast dental are very professional at what they do no wonder they have 5* reviews and excellent after care. If anyone has a fear of dentist get referred to them and your fear will be gone the minute you walk in the door."
