"Today was my first time at this practice and I was very much impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the team here. Initially I walked in and the place looked great and the staff at the desk were well presented and professional. My appointment time was as advertised and I was called in on time which was definitely a bonus. I had an appointment with Claire, the Dental Hygienist first. Claire was extremely thorough in the cleaning process and very patient. She was very helpful and gave tailored, practical advice to my circumstances. Directly afterward, I had an appointment with Maurice, the dentist, and he was very personable. He was very efficient and professional and was able to resolve any queries I had with ease. All in all, I definitely got the impression that this team was very much invested in ensuring I received the best possible care."
"Dr.Maurice is a gentleman. Very friendly and put my mind at ease from the start. This has been my best experience with a dentist so far. I had seen 3 previous dentists who told me they weren't able to remove my wisdom tooth. Dr.Maurice assured me he could. He spent longer numbing my gum today than the actual tooth extraction. I was absolutely delighted. I will definitely be returning to him for all future treatment. And his receptionist is lovely to deal with too. I don't normally leave reviews but this is one of them rare occasions. Thank you so much."
