"I have to write this review because I feel Beatrice was not very professional in dealing with my health concerns. Some issues that I had included a prescription which was not correct, private scans that were not ordered correctly and absolutely no response to phone calls in relation to correcting these errors. She was unbelievably slow to respond to me, the private hospital, and the chemist. It took days for even the smallest clarification when she knew I wasn't well. Also, as it was during the Pandemic she didn't want to see me in person so we had a phone consultation which she cancelled several times with no notice and when we finally had the consultation I was told via email prior to the session that extra costs would be incurred if the session went over so many minutes. Overall, I was left feeling that my money was more important to Beatrice than my health."

"Booked an appointment with PMC and despite being kept waiting past the appointment I was very impressed. Dr. Neufeld is quite unapologetic that she will give the required time to her patient and when I felt that the appointment was highly technical but also very warm and personal. If you're trying to nip in for a quick time sensitive appointment, PCM will not be for you but if you want a thorough and detailed medical professional, I would highly recommend working with Dr. Neufeld."
