"My 14 year old daughter had a back complaint. She plays multi sports. I brought her to see Stephen. I must say he was very impressive the manner he dealt with Eileen... very professional, very polite... diagnosed her issue quickly and explained everything to her i.e. why she was getting the sore back and how to prevent it going forward etc. He gave her exercises to do and did a quick video clip on her phone to talk her through each exercise (as no doubt we would have forgotten... so that was a good approach). Top class physio and I highly recommend Stephen. My father also is a client of Stephens with a shoulder compliant that Stephen was able to get to the root of straight away and provide a solution.... my father had been to both hospital and GP and they didnt diagnose the issue to the degree that Stephen did so that was very impressive and my father is delighted and singing Stephens praises. I am now booking my 19 year old son in to see Stephen as he has ongoing issues with his knees. I highly recommend Stephen."

"I have been experiencing for a long time issues with my knees. After a visit to my GP I was advised to go for physio. Stephen Gillman was nearby so I said I would try him. Straight away I was happy with how Stephen conducted the initial consultation and he asked so many questions about my knees. The appointments are professional, but also relaxing in the sense that if you are getting a rub with Stephen, he is able and willing to to chat if you want to chat. So a professional yet very friendly atmosphere. Stephen clearly wants to be at the cutting edge of his profession and it appears obvious to me that his practise is informed (but not dominated) by the latest ideas in physiotherapy. I have only visited Stephen three times but appears that a lot of my issues are at the time of writing cleared up. Stephen had given me exercises to do. Unfortunately I was not diligent in these but actually we think a lot of what Stephen was explaining to me about my core and how I move seems to have helped an awful lot. Having an understanding of how my knees work has helped. It seems that Stephen has a lot of experience with sportspeople but seems just as willing to help someone with such everyday issues. I will be happy to go to Stephen again for any physio needs."
