"I have just left the shop with my daughter and a horrible encounter with the own Amy , I purchased a dress online and she was helpful at the time with the choose etc. She's told me in messages between us that I was entitled to free delivery if I wish so I did. Once dress came it was too small so I what's apt her to say so I I quote "no problem drop it back to the shop tomar xx" . I was haven a look around anyway . Once I got there with thr dress the nxt morning she's said I'd to pay 5eueo deliver charge. After I explained what she had messaged me and i showed her she said she always tells people on Instagram and Facebook about the return fee . I showed her she did not say anything of the sort to me ,was so stand off that I told her she didn't say it but keep the 5euo and she's asked thr staff to give me the money minus the 5euro. It is far form the amount that has annoyed me its thr principle of it.Her manner was questionable and so much for the costumer is always right even tho I was !!!!!!! Never again. Wouldn't advise another eles either"
"Have to say everytime iv ordered items, ye wer all sufficent at all times. Clothes great quality, deliveries on time, the girls are lovely and understanding. Had no issues whatsover and between the pandemic we all went through your business really helped alot when retail was hard to buy clothing. "Very bad customer service , they refuse to give an exchange on sale items so you end up stuck with clothes that don’t fit , they charged for delivery 6.99 which is a disgrace as it’s someone driving around in their own personal car , no mask no plastic on clothes not even a delivery docket.... very unprofessional I would not recommend at all buyer beware"
